Mid-Peninsula Photographic Alliance (MPPA) meetings (except August and December) at the Stanford Linear
Accelerator site (SLAC), on Sand Hill Road just off Hwy. 280 in Menlo Park, at 7:30 p.m.,
on the 3rd Tuesday. Print and slide competitions are on alternating months.
The Bay Area Bird Photographers (BABP) meetings are open to the public
and are co-sponsored by the Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society and the City of Palo Alto's
Recreation- Open Space & science Division. Meetings are held monthly, except July
& August, at the Lucy Evans Baylands Interpretive Center on East Embarcadero Road in
Palo Alto. Turn East off of the Bayshore Hwy on East Embarcadero Road , past the golf
course, to the left after you pass the airport, to the end of the road. Park in the lot on
the right hand side of the road. Meetings are on the first Wednesdays at 7:30 pm.
Santa Rosa
Photographic Society -
The Santa Rosa Photographic
Society (SRPS), which is in its 30th year, is for both beginning and
advanced photographers with the purpose of providing educational and
competitive meetings designed to further interest and ability in
photography. The SRPS meets the second and fourth Thursday of every
